say it all

I always say it all as it comes/happens depending on the magnitude!

Here to Live for Unknown Period

'Kifo Kisimani' n 'Betrayal in the City'....two different books, two different authors, two different languages...but they have striking similarity! True stories indeed which I undeniably think will stay with us until that time we will have true Mwelusis and Adikas. We will not afford to let history pass by if we do not have genuine Ategas, Nyalwes, Jusper Wendos, Reginas among the few reformers. Not until we citizens realize the true meaning of unity no matter the ethnicity magnitude, will we be able to fight the Bokonos, Batus, Mulilis and Mr. Bosses of this generation.

Betrayals are the order of the day setting alarm bells ringing and urgent formation of 'Commissions of Enquiry' ('Tume ya Uchunguzi ya Butangi'). Just like Kithaka wa Mberia puts it, we have never seen implementation of any commission's findings; not the Ndung'u report, not the assasinations', not the post election one, not the numerous scandals...just to mention but a few. Once again do not forget the most recent one from the TJRC...enquiry indeed!

No issue can be concluded without passing through the political battle field. I clearly remember Mosese, the senior lecturer (Betrayal in the city) found himself in the wrong hands just after conclusion of Adika's funeral that had been turned into a political rally instead of mourning. If you are clever enough, you should have spinned your memory a few weeks back to get the true story.

Just as the illiterate Mulili got his job in the Kafira police force, I have seen it happen where I live and I believe I will continue to witness it. It is a matter of who you know or how cowardice you are and not what you are nor how cynical you are. Mr Tumbos and Mulilis have denied chances to genuine candidates!

For how long shall we live in this cold blooded Kafira and brutal Butangi? We need to change which calls for sacrifice...CHANGE is as a good as dying and resurrecting as a new being, fresh blood, new body full of synergy and rejuvenation and most importantly, forgetting you that never existed before.
